Screen 1 - Home Page

Findings

• This being the home page only shows a few core functionalities, suggesting the limitations of the App.
• The Lack of bottom navigation or segregation of Features.
• The Copy sets the tone for the purpose of this App.
• Lack of Profile section to manage the user data.
• The back button is not necessary.

Screen 2 - Appointment booking

Findings

• Needs More informative doctors profile with relevant details such as experience, specialty, ratings, reviews and qualification.
• Needs better way to choose time slots rather than a slider.
• Adding filtering options based specialty, location, availability, insurance.

Screen 3 - Doctors Profile.

Findings

• Needs in details description about the doctor.
• Incorporation of certificate and achievements to increase trust.
• Incorporating calendar and availability for easier decision making to confirm appointment slots.
• Including confirmation page for user to review booking details.

Screen 4 - Teleconsultation

Findings

• A search bar to help users find doctors based on the relevant filters is necessary.
• The payment Element disrupts the user flow and can be include in a separate page to confirm the appointment.
• A wallet feature can be introduced to make the checkout for teleconsultation easier.
• An In-App chat and call feature can be implemented for seamless consultation.

Screen 5 - Medical History

Findings

• More information about a particular prescription will help user to pick the desired one easily whenever needed.
• Adding necessary visual cue to each item will be beneficial for the user. like icons, images.
• An instructions button can be added to easily access the instructions of medication for each item.
• Refill dose warning can be provided for relevant items to boost encourage purchase of recurring medicines.
• Search, filter and upload can be primary action buttons.

Screen 6 - Lab Test Booking

Findings

• All types of tests can be included for the user to choose.
• The booking details can be moved inside each specific test for better user experience.
• A button or tab can be included to move the previous test in it.
